
So on Monday I started to eat better and drink only water! I'm a soda/juice girl so drinking only water is a BIG thing for me.. I've done it once before my wedding when I was on a diet.. & here I am ready to do it again. I've decided to cut out sweets/junks/candies/soda/juice. I've been successful in drinking my 3 24 oz bottles of water daily! :) & I have been going walking/jogging w/the hubby & my sister since Monday. I'm very lazy when it comes to exercise I hate it.. haha but it's something I have to get used to!
I'm trying my 2nd attempt at Project 365 hopefully I'll be successful and able to complete it this time around. I enjoy looking back and you remember things you forgot you did or forget certain pics you took before.
Well that's all for now.. I'm gonna get to work! :)
